2. Full Refund for Cancellation 60 Days Ahead of the course date.

If you decide to cancel your reservation or participation in our course 60 days or more ahead of the the course date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee. We will process your refund promptly, and it will be issued to the original payment method.

For cancellations made between 30 days and 59 days ahead of the date of the course date, we offer a gift voucher that you can use in the future or rebooking of your course to another specific day.

4. No Refund for Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Ahead of the course date

Unfortunately, if you cancel your participation within 30 days or less of the final confirmation date, we will not be able to provide a refund. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with your reservation and to ensure the availability of spaces for all participants.
